Kim has been in the accounting industry since 1991, and has worked with WhippleWood CPAs since 2004. She specializes in consulting with small businesses and individuals, and excels at training and coaching clients in financial and IT matters.

Kim helps clients organize their financial documents and data, as well as perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling accounts, completing financial statements, and preparing payroll and sales tax returns. She assists clients in preparing for IRS audits, business reviews and valuations, and other proceedings (such as divorce and business purchases).

In her role as Director of Client Services, Kim acts as a client liaison and coordinates the continued development, documentation and evaluation of procedures and processes to maximize efficiency and firm excellence. She is involved in determining the short- and long-term resource requirements of the firm and guiding the strategic use of such resources to promote organizational growth.

Kim holds a degree in business technical management from DeVry University.
